Agriculture Minister to leave Dhaka tonight for Netherlands

DHAKA, Nov 8, 2021 (BSS) –

A 15-member delegation of public and private
entrepreneurs led by Agriculture Minister Dr Md Abdur Razzaque will leave
here tonight for the Netherlands.

The delegation will go to the UK from Netherlands on November 13.

During the visit, they will attend discussions with chiefs of different
government offices and organizations on agriculture and food, top private
entrepreneurs, businessmen, chain-shop owners in the Netherlands and the UK.

The delegation includes officials of the ministry and the country’s top
agriculture product exporters and food processing organizations.

Pran RFL Group Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Ahsan Khan
Chowdhury, ACI Agro Link Managing Director and CEO FH Ansari, Square Food and
Beverage Chief Operating Officer Parvez Saiful Islam, Gemcon Group Director
Kazi Inam Ahmed, Meghna Group of Industries Chairman Md Mustafa Kamal,
Globpack Foods and Beverage (UK) Limited Director Nurul Islam and Bangladesh
Fruits, Vegetable and Allied Product Exporters’ Association President
Jahangir Hossain were among the delegation.

The delegation will reach Dhaka on November 18.
